Pay & Schedule
Pay: $30.00 – $35.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday with a start time between 6:00 AM and 6:30 AM.

Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer (manual transmission)
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safe operation
Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards
Provide professional and courteous customer service
Complete routes and assignments in a safe and timely manner
Handle physically active duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
Climb in and out of the truck cab throughout the day (40+ times)
Perform additional duties as assigned
Work Environment
Work outdoors in all weather conditions, including rain, heat, and cold
Exposure to moving equipment, vibration, noise, dust, and other environmental elements
Perform frequent, physically demanding tasks, including lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs regularly
Tarp and secure loads, requiring climbing onto trailers and handling heavy materials
Repeatedly climb in and out of the truck cab and onto equipment (40+ times per day)
Walk, stand, bend, twist, and reach throughout the entire shift
Maintain constant awareness of surroundings in an active, high-traffic work environment
Minimum Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL
3+ years of commercial driving experience (53’ trailer experience preferred)
Clean driving record in accordance with DOT 49 CFR 383.51
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role
Basic mechanical knowledge and the ability to perform inspections
Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
Solid communication and customer service skills
