We’re currently looking for a Swing Driver—a flexible, skilled professional who can operate across all lines of our hauling business: Roll-Off, Rear Load, Front Load, and more. This is a key role that supports multiple routes and helps ensure smooth operations across our service areas.

What You’ll Do:

As a Swing Driver, you’ll be trained and expected to cover various truck types and routes, including:

• Roll-Off: Hauling large containers from commercial, industrial, and residential sites.
• Rear Load: Residential and small commercial waste collection.
• Front Load: Commercial waste pickup using front-loading trucks.
• Other hauling operations as needed.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Safely operating different types of garbage trucks on assigned routes.
• Reading and following route sheets or dispatcher instructions.
• Performing pre- and post-trip inspections (fluids, tires, safety equipment).
• Interacting professionally and courteously with customers.
• Assisting with other duties as assigned to support the team.

What We Need From You:

• Valid Class A or B CDL with no automatic transmission restrictions.
• Clean driving record.
• Minimum 1 year of local route driving experience.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different vehicle types and route demands.
• Commitment to safety and customer service.
