CDL Driver – Residential Route
Location: Shreveport, LA
Pay: $19-20/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | Start time: 5:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. | 10+ Hour Days | 45-50 hours a week

We’re hiring a CDL Driver to run residential garbage routes right here in Shreveport. In this role, you’ll operate a garbage truck to safely and efficiently service commercial and/or residential routes. We’re looking for someone who puts safety first and takes pride in doing the job right. This is a physically demanding position that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate a garbage truck on assigned routes

• Collect waste or recycling from local businesses or homes

• Deliver dependable service with a safety-first mindset

• Perform routine pre- and post-trip inspections of your vehicle

• Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and teammates

• Maintain compliance with DOT and company safety standards

• Additional duties as needed

Requirements:

• A Class A or B CDL

• 2+ year of CDL driving experience

• A clean driving record and strong safety awareness

• Solid customer service skills and a team-player mindset
