Roll Off Driver - Monroe, LA

Starting Pay: $21/hour, bi-weekly pay

Overtime: Anything over 40 hours a week gets you time-and-a-half - that's $31.50/hour.

Waste Connections is hiring a Roll Off Driver to join our team in Monroe, Louisiana. We’re hiring safety-focused Class A or B drivers to operate waste collection trucks and provide top-tier service to our communities.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Start time: 5:30 AM
• 50-55 hours a week
• 10-11 hours a day

What you'll be doing:

• Operate roll-off garbage trucks on designated routes
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal transportation regulations

• Other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

What You’ll Need:

• A valid Class A or B CDL

• 2+ years of roll off experience
