PCR/Lemay, a proud member of Waste Connections, is actively seeking a safety-focused and dependable Class A CDL Driver to join our growing team in Frederickson, Washington. This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in the waste management and environmental services industry with a company known for its commitment to safety, sustainability, and employee development.

🗓 Schedule & Pay:

  • Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday
  • Start Time: Between 5:00 AM – 6:30 AM
  • Hourly Wage: $33.00 – $35.50
  • Training: 20-day paid training (Monday–Friday), then transition to regular schedule

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a manual transmission tractor-trailer on a dedicated local route
  • Receive training on Roll-Off truck operations
  • Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections (fluids, tires, safety equipment)
  • Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Deliver exceptional customer service during all interactions
  • Follow all DOT and company safety protocols

🌦 Working Conditions:

  • Frequent cab entry/exit (40+ times/day)
  • Exposure to outdoor weather, fumes, and vibrations
  • Moderate noise levels
  • Must adhere to all safety-sensitive job requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Class A CDL driving experience (manual transmission & 53’ trailer required)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Stable work history (2+ years in most recent role)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Clean driving record and full compliance with DOT regulations (49 CFR 383.51)
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role
  • Basic mechanical knowledge for vehicle inspections
