WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Driver Development Coordinator, you'll serve as a trusted coach, advocate, and resource for new drivers throughout their training journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and guide new drivers from onboarding through solo driver qualification
- Monitor training progress and assess driver readiness
- Build strong relationships that promote engagement and retention
- Partner with driver mentors and leadership teams to ensure success
- Facilitate engaging orientation and onboarding experiences
- Resolve concerns and provide solutions that support both drivers and business objectives
- Ensure accurate and timely driver pay and compliance documentation
- Promote Swift's culture, values, and commitment to safety
WHAT YOU BRING
✔ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
✔ Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
✔ Ability to build relationships and influence others
✔ Experience working in a fast-paced environment
✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
✔ Ability to obtain Qualified Collector certification within 30 days of hire
