We are Le Bleu Enterprises, the leading and largest Home and Office Bottled Water Delivery company in NC and SC. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced DSD/On Premises Sales Rep/Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to grow with our company in a new division established in 2024. As a DSD Delivery Driver/Sales Rep, you will be responsible for growing our territory in the Charlotte market as well as ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers while adhering to all DOT/FMCSA rules and regulations. This is a hybrid sales and delivery driver position that will report directly to the Director of DSD & On-Premises and DSD Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily delivery and/or selling duties in Charlotte and surrounding cities.
  • Seek out new customer acquisitions to boost your paycheck with incentives.
  • Load and unload products onto the delivery vehicle.
  • Deliver products to customers along a specified route, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Follow all DOT/FMCSA rules and regulations to ensure safe and compliant operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by maintaining professional communication with clients and customers.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate delivery records.
  • Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Report any issues or delays promptly to the supervisor.
  • Handle products with care to avoid damage.
  • Merchandise products for customers, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are attractive and up-to-date.
  • Maintain Point of Sale (POS) materials in the market to enhance product visibility.
  • Upsell accounts by introducing new products and promotions to increase sales.
  • Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the team.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle for work-related travel. Please note that you will be reimbursed for its usage.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with route delivery is a plus, but not required.
  • DSD delivery experience is rewarded; we value your expertise and look forward to learning from you as much as you learn from us.
  • Must be able to start daily at 7:00 AM and complete the route, with flexibility for longer days as needed as the department grows over time.
