Le Bleu produces and delivers Ultra-Pure Water, the purist water available, tested pure by independent labs to parts per trillion. Our customers love our products and service and give us an industry-leading 4.8-star rating on Google and Facebook. We have an outstanding company culture of teamwork, collaboration and customer focus. If you believe you have these traits and can add great value to our team, please contact us.

As a Non-CDL Route Sales Driver specializing in DSD, you will not only be responsible for managing deliveries to retail locations, stores, and other business customers, but also for growing your route by selling products, expanding our customer base, and building lasting relationships. You will ensure products are delivered accurately, merchandise is stocked, and that excellent customer service is provided at each stop. Your role will also include identifying sales opportunities, introducing new products, and increasing revenue along your route.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell and deliver products to retail stores, office clients, and other customers along a defined route.
  • Identify new sales opportunities with existing customers and potential new clients to grow the customer base and expand your route.
  • Present and upsell new products, promotions, and drive additional sales to current customers.
  • Load and unload products onto the delivery vehicle with precision and care.
  • Merchandise products in stores to ensure proper placement and attractive displays.
  • Maintain and update Point of Sale (POS) materials, ensuring maximum visibility and promotional impact.
  • Follow all DOT/FMCSA regulations to ensure safe, compliant operations.
  • Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to enhance customer service and drive repeat business.
  • Accurately complete delivery paperwork and update delivery records.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the delivery vehicle to ensure it is well-maintained and roadworthy.
  • Report any issues or delays to your supervisor promptly.
  • Participate in new customer acquisition initiatives and help grow sales through expansion of your customer base, with incentives tied to performance.
  • Adapt to a flexible schedule, as necessary, to meet customer demand and route requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Previous DSD (Direct Store Delivery) experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to sell products and expand a customer base.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Experience with merchandising and maintaining product displays in retail environments.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a delivery route effectively.
  • Familiarity with DOT regulations and safety procedures is a plus.
  • Must be able to start at 7:00 AM and complete the daily route, with flexibility for longer hours as needed.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Paid time off (up to 10 days by year 2) and 8 paid holidays per year.
  • Matching 401K and retirement plan options.
  • Opportunities for career advancement within our growing company.
  • New customer acquisition incentives to increase earnings.

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with route delivery is a plus, but not required.
  • DSD delivery experience is rewarded; we value your expertise and look forward to learning from you as much as you learn from us.
